• Command Usage: Information about which commands and features you use
• Timestamps: When you interact with Naru, for conversation ordering and service improvement

When you send messages to Naru, your message content is processed by artificial intelligence systems to generate responses. This section explains how your messages are handled:

• Messages you send to Naru are processed by AI systems to understand your request and generate an appropriate response
• Your messages may be sent to third-party AI service providers for response generation
• Conversation context may be included with your messages to provide more relevant and personalized responses

Important: Your messages are NOT used to train AI models. Your conversations with Naru remain private and are not incorporated into the training data of any AI system.

Naru includes memory features that allow her to remember information about you across conversations. Here's how these features work:

• What Naru Remembers: Naru can remember things you tell her, such as your birthday, preferences, interests, and other personal details you choose to share
• Per-User Memory: Your memory data is tied to your Discord User ID, meaning your information follows you across different servers where Naru is present
• Your Control: You can ask Naru to forget specific information at any time. Simply tell Naru what you'd like her to forget, and that data will be removed from her memory
• Privacy Between Users: Memory data is not shared between users. What you tell Naru remains private to you

We retain your data for as long as necessary to provide the service and comply with our legal obligations:

• Conversation History: Retained for a limited period to enable memory features and conversation context
• Memory Data: Retained until you request deletion or delete your account
• Server Data: When Naru is removed from a server, server-specific data associated with that server may be deleted
• Data Deletion Requests: You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us through our Discord support server

We are committed to protecting your privacy. Here's when and how we may share your data:

• We Do Not Sell Your Data: We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for their marketing purposes
• AI Processing: Message content may be sent to third-party AI providers for the purpose of generating responses (see Section 2)
• Legal Requirements: We may disclose your information if required to do so by law or in response to valid legal requests
• Anonymized Data: We may share aggregated, anonymized data that cannot be used to identify you for analytics and research purposes

Naru operates in conjunction with several third-party services, each with their own privacy practices:

• Discord: Naru operates on the Discord platform. Your use of Discord is subject to Discord's Privacy Policy
• AI Service Providers: We use third-party AI providers to generate responses. These providers process message content as described in Section 2
• Payment Processors: If you purchase a premium subscription, your payment information is processed by third-party payment processors. We do not store your full payment card details

Naru is not intended for use by children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us via our Discord support server.

We implement reasonable technical and organizational security measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. These measures include:
