You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Service, in accordance with Discord's Terms of Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

Naru is a Discord bot providing AI-powered conversation and various features to enhance your Discord server experience. Features include, but are not limited to:

• Natural language conversation and chat interactions
• Anime and media recommendations
• Reminder and scheduling functionality
• AI-powered image generation
• Web search capabilities

The Service is provided "as is" and we make no guarantees regarding uptime, availability, or uninterrupted access to any features.

When using the Service, you agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal activities or to violate any applicable laws
• Harass, abuse, threaten, or intimidate other users
• Send spam, unsolicited messages, or abuse the Service in any way
• Attempt to exploit, hack, or otherwise compromise the security of the Service
• Use automated tools, scripts, or bots to interact with the Service beyond normal usage
• Scrape, data mine, or collect information from the Service without authorization
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers connected to the Service

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time, without prior notice, for violations of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion.

Certain features of the Service are available through paid premium subscriptions. By purchasing a premium subscription, you agree to the following:

• Subscription prices are subject to change with reasonable notice
• Payments are processed through third-party payment processors, and you agree to their respective terms of service
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date

The Naru name, logo, and all associated branding, graphics, and content are our exclusive property and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use, copy, or distribute any of our intellectual property without prior written consent.

Content you create or submit through the Service remains your property. However, by using the Service, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to process, store, and transmit your content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service.

Naru utilizes artificial intelligence to generate text responses and images. Please be aware of the following:

• AI-generated responses may not always be accurate, complete, or appropriate
• We do not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or suitability of AI-generated content
• AI-generated images are subject to usage restrictions and may not be used for illegal purposes
• You are responsible for verifying any information provided by the AI before relying on it
• Do not use AI-generated content to deceive others or for malicious purposes

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

In no event shall we be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, the Service
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service
• Any content obtained from the Service
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content

Our total liability to you for all claims arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you have paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Naru and its operators, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in any way connected with:

• Your access to or use of the Service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights, including intellectual property rights
• Any content you submit, post, or transmit through the Service

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms.

You may stop using the Service at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including without limitation ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

By continuing to access or use the Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the Service.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through good faith negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with applicable arbitration rules.
