Sales are final once a subscription is delivered, but you can cancel anytime — and we'll make exceptions for billing errors and verified outages.

All sales final

Premium subscriptions for Naru are digital goods delivered immediately upon purchase. All purchases are final and non-refundable.

By purchasing a premium subscription, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • Premium features are activated immediately upon successful payment.
  • You have reviewed and understand the features included in your subscription tier.
  • All sales are final and no refunds will be issued except as outlined below.

Subscription cancellation

Cancellation is different from a refund. You may cancel your subscription at any time.

  • Access until period end: after cancellation, you keep access to premium features until the end of your current billing period.
  • No future charges: once cancelled, you won't be charged for future billing periods.
  • No partial refunds: cancellation doesn't entitle you to a refund for any unused portion of the current period.
  • Resubscription: you may resubscribe at any time to regain access.

To cancel, follow the instructions from your payment processor, or contact us via our Discord support server for assistance.

Exceptions

While all sales are generally final, we may consider exceptions in the following cases:

  • Billing errors: if you were charged the wrong amount or experienced a duplicate charge.
  • Technical issues: if verified issues on our end prevented you from accessing premium features for an extended period.
  • Unauthorized purchases: if a purchase was made without your authorization (with appropriate verification).

Exceptions are granted at our sole discretion. Requesting one doesn't guarantee it will be granted.

How to request an exception

If you believe you qualify for an exception:

  • Contact us via our Discord support server.
  • Provide your Discord username and relevant payment details (transaction ID, date of purchase).
  • Clearly explain the reason for your request.
  • Include any supporting documentation or screenshots if applicable.

Please allow up to 7 business days for review. We'll notify you of our decision via Discord.
